Russia sees the planned deployment of US warplanes at a airbase in Poland as a military beef-up threatening the security of other countries. Presidents Barack Obama and Bronislaw Komorowski have agreed to use an airbase in Lask to handle US fighter jets and transport planes.

Russia demands extradition of 2 murder suspectsmen
Moscow has filed a formal request with the Ukrainian authorities for the extradition of two suspects in the recent killing of 12 people in southern Russia. If the extradition request is granted all the alleged murderers will be face justice, an Investigative Committee representative said on Thursday.
