Russian government focuses on disabled
The Russian government has approved a program to improve quality of life for the disabled. Now more schools, transport and sports facilities will be adjusted for people with disabilities. The program also stipulates a bigger number of programs captioned for the disabled.

CIS nations to jointly fight against extremism in the Web
Security services of the member countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization – namely, Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kirgizstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan – have held a joint operation to close extremist Web sites. Hundreds of sites were closed.

Gas leak in UN headquarters
A gas leak has caused the evacuation of diplomats and UN personnel from the organization’s headquarters on the East side of Manhattan, New York. This came in a statement by UN security service. All sittings, including those held by the Security Council and the General Assembly, were suspended.
