Azerbaijani Prosecutor General’s Office has sent appeals to Russian and Turkish Prosecutor General’s Offices with regard to the crimes committed against Azerbaijanis in Russia and Turkey. Acting Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Rustam Usubov appealed to the Prosecutor Generals of Russia and Turkey with regard to the facts of public humiliation and violence with bodily harm of 14-year-old Rovshan Kazimov, on November 1 in the Russian city of Zelenograd, and murder of 49-year-old Saida Eyvazova in the Erdek District of the Turkish Balikesir city on November 7.
