A special economic zone called “;Titanium Valley”; will be built in Russia’s Urals Federal District. The zone will be established on the basis of the production facilities of the VSMPO-Avisma Corporation, which is the world’s largest titanium manufacturer. It is expected that the valley will house research and development centers of leading foreign companies.
