Arab League backs no-fly zone for Libya
The Arab League Foreign Ministers have backed a no-fly zone over Libya to protect the civilians from Gaddafi forces’ airstrikes, diplomats report from a special meeting in Cairo. The Russian man Evgeny Ustugov has won silver in the 15- kilometer men’s mass start race at the World Championship in biathlon in Khanty Mansiysk, in Western Siberia. According to Al Jazeera, the forces loyal to Muammar Gaddafi have been air power against rebel positions east of the oil port of Ras Lanuf, after taking control of it in earlier fighting. Most of the foreign reporters covering the Ras Lanuf battle are now out of the city.

All Russian regions are taking part in the annual INTURMARKET fair held in Moscow on Saturday. According to the Secretary General of the UN World Tourism Organization Taleb Rifai, Moscow is the best place for discovering Russian regional tourist destinations. Seawater cooldown for damaged reactor

NY tour bus crash kills 13
A tour bus crashed in NYC on Saturday killing 13 people, the AP agency reports. The bus, carrying 31-33 passengers, bumped into a support pole on the New England Thruway in Bronx. Six passengers were critically injured. The police are investigating.
