MOSCOW, February 19 (RIA Novosti) – Russia’s former defense minister Anatoly Serdyukov and the former head of the Defense Ministry’s property department Yevgenia Vasilyeva are not being cooperative with the investigation, the Russian Investigative Committee said on Tuesday.
