The 27th Summer Universiade due in July would be of the largest scale ever, head of the Kazan-2013 steering committee Vladimir Leonov said Tuesday.The Summer Universiade, to be held in the capital of Russia’s Tatarstan republic from July 6-17, will receive over 13,500 athletes and officials from 170 countries and regions, Leonov told reporters.The athletes will compete in 27 sports with 351 medals up for grabs.
