This is one of those news items that is newsworthy but not really even “news”, in the sense that was agreed long ago that Ukraine was now NATO territory. At any rate, Poroshenko has approved a “cooperation program” with NATO for 2015. Just one step closer to helping out with the next carpet bombing of Libya/wherever. Huzzah.
