A leading UK defence analyst believes the anti-Gaddafi coalition has no military strategy in Libya other than massive bombardment aimed at shattering the Gaddafi regime by stimulating desertion from the government army.
In an interview with the BBC Sunday, Dr John Nichol also spoke about growing geopolitical instability in the Mediterranean and about possible new conflicts there in the near future.
