MOSCOW, October 23 (Itar-Tass) – Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in the Belarusian capital Minsk on Thursday to take part in the session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council at the level of heads of states and the summit of the Commonwealth of Independent States /CIS/.
