MOSCOW, March 4 (Itar-Tass) – This Monday is a significant day for President Vladimir Putin: a year ago, he was elected the Head of State for a third time, polling almost 64 percent of the vote in the very first round. Now as well, by the level of trust granted to him Putin remains far ahead of all other Russian politicians, according to the findings of VTSIOM and FOM pollsters.
