SOCHI, Russia – Police have warned of three potential female suicide bombers, one of whom is believed to in Sochi the venue for Winter Olympics beginning next month in Russia, according to warning posters seen Tuesday.

The latest threat came a day after the United States offered security to the Russia that faces grave terror hazard to disrupt the games.

Russian police have distributed fliers in Sochi contain warnings about three potential suicide bombers.

One flier, obtained by CNN, asks people to be on the lookout for Ruzanna Ibragimova, who could be at large in Sochi the Black Sea resort town that will host the games in February.

It described the 22-year-old woman as the widow of a member of a militant group Black Widows — from the Caucasus region.

Photos of Ibragimova were flashed on television and social media networks in Sochi.

Police fliers also included pictures of two other women in veils: 26-year-old Zaira Aliyeva and 34-year-old Dzhannet Tsakhayeva.

It said they had been trained “to perpetrate acts of terrorism”.

It warned that the two women “are probably among us,” but, unlike Ibragimova’s case, did not say if they are in Sochi.

Concerned over the terror threats, the United States Monday offered to have two Navy warships in the Black Sea at the time of the Winter Olympics.

Officials said warships will be used, if needed, to evacuate Americans in the event of a terrorist attack or any other emergency.

American transport planes would also be on the call in the region.

“Air and naval assets, to include two Navy ships in the Black Sea, will be available if requested for all manner of contingencies in support of — and in consultation with — the Russian government,” Navy Rear Admiral John F. Kirby said in a statement, adding, “there is no such requirement at this time.”

Sochi was rocked by two suicide bombings in late December that killed 34.

On Monday, an Islamic militant group in Dagestan posted a video claiming responsibility for the bombings and threatened to strike the games in Sochi.

The Olympics are to be held Feb 7-23. Russia has mounted an intense security operation in the city
