Russian Upper House To Consider Documents Supporting Crimea’s Banking System

NOVO-OGARYOVO (Moscow Region), March 27 (RIA Novosti) – Russia’s upper house of parliament will consider documents on Crimea’s banking system on April 1, Federation Council Speaker Valentina Matvienko said during a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

“The Federation Council has been working practically non-stop. Next Tuesday, we will hold an extraordinary session to consider priority laws of the banking system of Crimea and others, and we are ready if necessary, to convene immediately so as not to delay the ongoing processes,” Matvienko said.
