Mark, you got lost after your first paragraph. There, you understood that “brain drain” means loss of the “best and brightest,” but then you forgot about that and in the body of your text you started having “brain drain” mean “emigration.” But those who talk about brain drain aren’t confused. They aren’t saying ever larger numbers of Russians are leaving, they are saying ever larger numbers OF CLEVER ENTREPRENEURIAL RUSSIANS are leaving. And you don’t even try to address that point.
