Ukraine passes to winter time difference in time with Moscow to makes 2 hours

KIEV, October 27 (Itar-Tass) – Ukraine has passed to the winter time on Sunday. The clocks were moved one hour back at 04:00 local time on the whole territory of Ukraine, so, the difference in time with Moscow makes two hours.
