Arkady Dvorkovich has been appointed a deputy prime minister in Russia’s new government.
Dvorkovich, born March 26, 1972, in Moscow, holds a degree in economic cybernetics from Moscow State University, MBA.
Between 2001 and 2004 – deputy economic development and trade minister.
From May 2008 – aide to the Russian president.
Since 2010 – a member of the Skolkovo foundation board of trustees.
Fluent in English and German.
Arkady Dvorkovich’s wife, Zumrud Khandadashevna Rustamova, is deputy general director of a join-stock company, Polymetal; in 2000 through 2004, deputy property management minister of Russia.
