Dmitry Orlov is an engineer and a writer, he was born in Leningrad and moved to the United States at the age of 12. He has a BS in Computer Engineering and an MA in Applied Linguistics.
It is a interesting read and President of Russia Blog gave me a comment in one of my articles that gave my a link to his article. The President of Russia Blog has several articles on Dmitry Orlov!
