Russian President Dmitry Medvedev today holds the last for his year Security Council meeting. The Kremlin press service reported the meeting would focus on energy issues. “As the post-crisis recovery proceeds, energy consumption will only increase, and the theme of environmental responsibility of entire countries will become more relevant” – ITAR-TASS quoted Medvedev as saying.
