Japanese companies are poised to participate in the Russian hi-tech hub Skolkovo, presidential aide Arkady Dvorkovich said on Sunday. Briefing reporters during the APEC summit in Yokohama earlier in the day, Dvorkovich added that the Japanese firms have already indicated intent to develop their energy efficiency- and medicine-related technologies within the Skolkovo project.
