Russia will allocate 90 billion roubles ($3 billion) in 2011-2013 to promote sports and healthy life style across the country, Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said speaking during a meeting on sports and physical education. Mr. Putin stressed that schools should pay special attention to PT lessons to turn sport into a massive phenomenon.
