Stanislas Wawrinka of Switzerland was among the first-round winners Tuesday in Buenos Aires, breezing past Italian Paolo Lorenzi. Wawrinka dispatched Lorenzi in less than an hour, 6-3, 6-3, at the Copa Claro event, thanks in part to five saved break opportunities. Not faring as well, however, was seventh-seeded
