Russian President Dmitry Medvedev’s travel plans in November–December 2011 include attendance at the APEC summit in the U.S., the G20 Summit in France and the EU-Russia Summit in Belgium, as well as visits to Germany and the Czech Republic, Russian presidential aide Sergei Prikhodko said on Monday.
“In the first half of November the president is planning an official visit to Germany where he will participate in the opening ceremony of the Nord Stream pipeline,” said Prikhodko.
Medvedev will take part in the G20 Summit in Cannes in the first week of November and the APEC Summit in Hawaii in mid-November.
Preparations for EU-Russia Summit in Brussels in December is in full swing, Prikhodko said. Medvedev will also visit the Czech Republic in December.
