KALININGRAD, March 4 (RIA Novosti) – A military court in Russia’s westernmost Kaliningrad exclave ordered a border guard officer to pay a fine of 110,000 rubles (about $4,000) for running a prostitution business, an Investigative Committee spokesman said on Monday.
