Law-enforcers are searching for a woman who arrived to Moscow late on Tuesday, possibly to carry out a terrorist attack, a police source said on Wednesday.
Twenty-year-old Viktoria Syrbu, who arrived to Moscow on a flight from the Siberian city of Surgut, was “put on the wanted list as a suspected terrorist,” the source said.
A transport police source earlier told RIA Novosti that police departments at Moscow train stations received photos of two other suspected terrorist attack plotters, who may also be on their way to Moscow.
Tuesday marked a year since twin blasts at the Lubyanka and Park Kultury metro stations killed 40 people and injured over 100 during a rush hour.
