Moscow is disagreed with NATO’s vision of Europe’s future ABM configuration, involving Russia. This came in a statement by the Russian ambassador to NATO Dmitry Rogozin. The two independent ABM systems, as suggested by the North Atlantic Alliance, will hamstring Russia’s strategic nuclear potential, which guarantees Russia’s sovereignty, Rogozin said.
