The Arab League supports proposals to establish and enforce a no–fly zone over Libya. French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe told this to the media Monday after emerging from a Cairo meeting with the Arab League head Amr Moussa. He also said France is intensifying diplomacy to resolve the crisis in Libya.
