The Russian tanker NS Africa, operated by Russia’s Novoship/Sovkomflot, has managed to avoid capture by pirates in the Indian Ocean. NS Africa and the Indian tanker Majestic came under fire by pirates in the Mozambique Channel on December 24 th . Both attacks failed.
