Russian President Dmitry Medvedev is starting his Middle East tour with a visit of the city of Jericho on Tuesday. Located on the West Bank of the Palestinian Territories, Jericho is now home to the Russian Museum, the first of Russia’s recent cultural projects in the Promised Land.
