Russia is prepared to provide further assistance for Palestinians in their effort to reach a peaceful settlement in the Middle East. This comes in a message of greeting that Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has forwarded to the Palestinian Autonomy leader Mahmoud Abbas, who turned 75 today.
