Russia’s State Nanotechnology Corporation, Rusnano signed a $67-million deal with German Nanostart Investment Company on Wednesday to developing high-tech business in the Perm Region. Rusnano and the Perm Region administration will each invest $25 million in the fund, Nanostart will invest another $17 million.
