Russia and Japan will jointly build a liquefied natural gas (LNG) plant in the Russian port of Vladivostok, the Yomiuri Shimbun reported on Sunday. The plant is set to be put into operation in 2017 with an annual production capacity of more than five million tons of LNG, the newspaper said.
