3 Activists Arrested in Moscow for Banner against Tsar Putin

Three political activists were detained on Moscow’s Red Square on Monday for attempting to hold an unauthorized protest, city police said. “Three people were detained for disturbing the peace in the central part of the city at around 1:00 p.m. (8 a.m. GMT), and were taken to a district police station to take administrative action against them,” the police press service said, as cited by RIA Novosti.
