A woman is accusing Aeroflot of losing her cat after the airline failed to deliver the animal to its destination.
A friend of the woman was flying from Vladivostok to Moscow and had agreed to transport the feline.
The sedated and caged cat was put in the luggage compartment – but upon arrival, the woman found it had vanished.
The plane was thoroughly searched, but there was no sign of the Mystery Cat. Aeroflot says it must have gone missing in Vladivostok airport.
The cat’s owner claims the airline tried to pay her to hush up the scandal. She is now threatening legal action.
