Alleged $4 billion fraud at Transneft demands probe – lawmaker

One of Russia’s most senior politicians said on Wednesday that a report alleging the involvement of the previous leadership of Russian pipeline monopoly Transneft in the embezzlement of at least $4 billion should be investigated.
