Belarus may ask the International Monetary Fund (IMF) for a loan, Prime Minister Mikhail Myasnikovich said on Tuesday after a meeting with President Alexander Lukashenko.
“But this is quite long process. In June, the next IMF ordinary session will be held in Belarus,” Myasnikovich said.
“Depending on the report prepared by the IMF mission, we will be able to give predictions as to our further relations with this powerful international organization,” the prime minister added.
