Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi will attend a court hearing in Milan on Monday over accusations of breach of trust in his business interests, embezzling and tax evasion, media reports said.
Berlusconi is already a defendant in four ongoing trials, including on charges of having sex with an underage prostitute and then using his position to try and cover up the alleged crime.
