BEST-Novostroy, one of Moscow’s biggest real estate agencies, has just announced Transcapitalbank’s accreditation of the Alpha Centauri development for special financing. According to the news from the agency, apartment buyers will be eligible for state supported mortgages rates of 10.5% annually.
The all new Alpha Centauri residential complex is currently under construction. The new 17 story spires feature their own infrastructure, exclusive kindergarten, sports, and playground facilities, parking, and the convenience of location near Moscow parks and stores. The apartments range in size from 1 to 3 rooms, and from 41 m2 to 91 m2 floor space at an average cost of 4 196 350 rubles (€73,500 euro).
The conditions of the credit rate are:
- The 10.5% per annum in rubles assumes a lump sum payment of 4.9% of the loan amount for the reduction in rate.
- An initial payment of 30%
