Moscow region police have returned the print run of a book on graft in the region to the publisher, Eksmo, RIA-Novosti reported Thursday.
The book, “Corporation ‘Moscow Region:’ How Russia’s Richest Region Was Bankrupted,” penned by Forbes Russia reporter Anna Sokolova, was arrested earlier this month after deputy governor Igor Parkhomenko filed a libel complaint with local police, which later refused to open a case, the report said.
