The Russian President has begun his visit to Seoul. Dmitry Medvedev and the South Korean leaders are negotiating ways to boost trade and economic cooperation. According to the Kremlin, following the talks the two sides will sign more than 20 agreements, including a roadmap plan for Russian gas deliveries to the Republic of Korea.
