Domestic child adoptions to phase out foreign ones – Russian legislator

MOSCOW, February 23 (Itar-Tass) – Domestic child adoptions will phase out international ones within years, the first deputy chairman of the State Duma’s committee for family, women’s and children’s affairs, Olga Batalina, of the United Russia, told the lower house of parliament on Friday.
