The Chairman of the Russian Duma International Affairs Committee Konstantin Kosachev has described as “;utterly immoral”; the attempts to equalize in rights the criminals and victims of the Second World War. He was speaking during an international conference on the historical and legal aspects of the Nuremberg Trial. The conference got under way in Moscow today.
