Essay contest dedicated to ‘heroic leader’ Kadyrov announced in Russia’s Chechnya

The Russian North Caucasus republic of Chechnya has announced an essay contest dedicated to Chechnya and its leader Ramzan Kadyrov entitled “The Hero of Our Time. The Leader and Patriot,” the contest organizers said on Thursday.
