The situation at Japan’s troubled Fukushima-1 nuclear power plant is stabilizing, with officials saying that “as a result of water cooling efforts” the unit is in a relatively normal state now. Meanwhile, experts prepare to douse Reactor N4 and checking out the condition of Reactor N2, after which they hope to restart the cooling system in the central part of the reactor.
