RABAT, September 1 (Itar-Tass) —— Life-support facilities, which are important for the population, are gradually opening in Tripoli, the capital of Libya. “After a long break as a result of armed clashes and the absence of fuel, gas filling stations are opening in the city again,” Ukrainian doctors working in Tripoli told Itar-Tass.
