A huge fire in the south of Afghanistan has destroyed more than 60 hectares of forest in the south of Afghanistan on Sunday, the local media report.
The fire broke out in the city of Lashkar Gah the administrative center of the Afghani province of Helmand and soon spread to the nearing forests due to strong wind.
No casualties have been reported.
Police blames the local agricultural department, which do not pay enough attention to the protection of forests.
