New Delhi, Oct 17 (Prensa Latina) India”s Prime Minister Manmohan Singh will carry out official visits to Russia and China next week, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs is reporting. Singh will travel to Moscow on Sunday, Oct. 20, responding to an invitation from President Vladimir Putin, with whom he will lead the 14th annual summit between the two nations, focused on strengthening the bilateral strategic partnership.
