The President of Kyrgyzstan Roza Otunbayeva has instructed factions of the pro-governmental Social-Democratic Party to start talks on a new cabinet of ministers. Under the Constitution of the Republic, Mrs. Otunbayeva has suspended her membership in the party after being elected as the Kyrgyz President.
