The guest of our studio today is not an expatriate. Hamzat Khazbulatov did not move to Russia but actually was hired here by the McDonalds corporation back in 1988, when it was still the Soviet Union. Mr. Khasbulatov currently serves as President of McDonald’s Eastern Europe and CEO of McDonald’s Russia. In his role as President of McDonald’s Eastern Europe, he oversees the business of McDonald’s in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Romania, Macedonia, Moldova, Georgia, Bulgaria, Azerbaijan, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia.
