Million-strong crowd cheer royal newlyweds
23:39 29/04/2011 Crowds along the royal wedding route on April 29 were bigger than police had predicted. Around 1 million people flocked to the City of Westminster while some 500,000 rushed to Buckingham Palace to see William and Catherine kiss on the balcony.
