Muscovites discover Ireland beyond shamrock and Bono

On the eve of St. Patrick’s Day, RT talks to Irish film director Johnny O’Reilly, the organizer of the Irish Film Festival in Moscow.

O’Reilly’s film “Zonad” is a comedy about an inventive runaway prisoner who hides in an Irish village pretending to be an alien.

He quickly becomes the star of the village and everything goes fine – until another so-called alien arrives in town.

You can catch “Zonad” on March 17 at 7:30 p.m., while the festival itself will run until the end of next week at the Gorizont cinema.
